Development / Doesn´t compile with VS2010

Hey, For some reasons Mineserver2 isn´t compiling well with VS2010.
The first problem is: Impossible to determine endianness (Little or Big endian), please contact the author.

Some other problems are that I don´t have iconv.h for Windows.

Might someone help me?
Or isn´t it possible to compile it with VS?

Getting the same with Visual Studio 2010 and Windows 7

May someone look at this?
