Saving problem
« on: January 05, 2011, 04:16:42 pm »
Hi
Your server is working perfect, can do /kit starters etc etc ...
But the thing is when im playing and i build something and i disconnect and reconnect im still on the same place were i left the server and the buildings are still there.
But when i disconnect and a close the server down and restart the server and go in the game, everything i build is gone...

Is there a way to save the "world" on the server so notthing is lost?

Thank you

Tellan

I've never known that to happen. Look in your mineserver folder for a "world" folder. If its not there while the server is down mineserver is somehow deleting your world directory,

Seems that you are using the old version of mineserver which still has commands working. So in that case you can just type /save and server will manually save map to file. There is currently some problems with saving the map at server shutdown.

This was an actual bug in the code and should now be fixed!
