I never mess around with a project this build so I am not sure where to start but I am 100% willing to learn! Basically I don't know how to build this and I have visual studio 2010 (yay for my school offering it)

Well the easiest way would be to use my Build pack, just copy the includes and libs to the visual studio directories and maybe modify the .bat scripts a bit Wink

..or just use the includes and libs and open the project files for VS2010..

When I try that, it says Warning: Cannot find 16 files. And what do you mean by "visual studio directories"

Naturally, as soon as I decide I want to fix a few little bugs to help out, monkey.org is down all day and I can't download libevent :-(

btw, Eximius pointed me to http://sourceforge.net/projects/levent/ and then Fador later pointed out that http://mineserver.be/downloads/mineserver-VS2010_build_pack.zip contains all the libraries needed for building on windows with VC2010.
