Theres only a test plugin for mobs called crapMobs.
As far as I know, no real mob AI has been implemented.

How come there are pigs in mineserver.be:25565 test server, then? I thought crapmobs only did giants (and I didn't see any even after enabling it in my server)

Now there's the passiveMobs plugin that adds sheeps, cows etc. :)

Hi there.

I've a little problem with mobs (friendly and monsters). Well, i know mineserver is a new project, but you talk about the passivemob plugin, but i don't have it in my archive.
So, i wonder what is happening. Have you a link ?

And when do you plan to support monsters ? It's the soul of survival. Logicaly you should support that first :)

Hey,

passiveMobs is indeed not supplied with the download.
You can compile it yourself though if you know how.

And it only supports a basic mob system.
Will spawn Chicken, Cow, Pig, Sheep(white)

And when you kill them you get the item and it will disappear directly.

Perhaps i will compile it from the latest build and upload it later.

PassiveMobs needs a lot of work so they a) die in water b) don't try to go in water unless they want to go somewhere. c) don't move super impossibly fast.

This.

But I do add, it's pretty cool that you can ride an animal and fly across the world in no time ;)

Very bad idea. The server need time to generate new regions. You may attempt a big crash.
